My Story

When my family immigrated from the Philippines, I faced many challenges most couldn’t relate to. With my dad absent and family tensions high, I turned to sports and training as an escape to get my mind right.

The highscool gym became my sanctuary, my place to transform both the mind and body. The competition playing basketball and the aggression I had was let loose in rugby. I had that hunger and I used it.

I wasn’t allowed to be in the school gym alone after school, but the Filipino janitor, who saw the fire in me let me allowed me. That’s where it all cultivated at a young age. It wasn’t just about lifting weights; it was about lifting myself up from the negative environment and replacing that energy into something positive.

My brother was always there for me and held me accountable but was also the person I tried to stay away from since he always got into trouble. He was my first ever coach but I also learned from his mistakes. We pushed each other, and through that discipline, I learned that success starts from within.

I’ve walked the path of self-doubt, loneliness, trauma, paranoia of fights and aggression. Distractions from drinking, partying and smoking weed on a daily basis. But I made a choice to change. Now, I’m here to help you make that same commitment.

  • The program is fully customized to reach your goals and schedule. Our main priority is to build muscle mass, a good foundation of strength while leaning out.

    You’ll follow a detailed plan with a progressive overload on a weekly basis and specific monthly phases. Past or current injuries are accounted for, while pushing you outside of your comfort zone.

    Each exercise programmed to you comes with a video filmed and performed by me so you can follow my lead on how to execute the movement. The amount of reps, sets, rest times are all included.

  • You can reach out to me any time of the day through daily text, calls, FaceTime, or zoom calls. We schedule weekly check in calls to make sure we’re on the right track.

    I believe the better our relationship is, the more success and better results you have while we work together. I'm here to help you at the end of the day and there are no wrong questions to ask. The more communication the better.

    Log in your stats in my app, check your to do’s, send me training videos, progress pictures, so we’re on the same page.

  • You fill out a detailed questionnaire so I know your preferred meals, snacks, allergies. Your meal plan will be fully customized o you can adhere and stick to this plan all the way through.

    My calculations are made from your overall BMI, age, current physique and activity levels. I also take in account your metabolism and hormone levels to make a plan best suited for your body. A lot more other context are involved like your overall lifestyle.

  • It's 12 weeks to start and we can go as long as 6 - 12 months. This all depends on your goals and budget. Understand this is not a 1 week shortcut. This is a full lifestyle and mindset re wiring.

    The goal is for you to be able to do this and excel on your own. This takes time, trial and error so you don’t keep going in circles. I want you to win long-term and keep this sustainable.

    You start the following week on a Monday, but we can start as late as 2-3 weeks depending on your availability.

  • I have 3 tiers to my program depending on how much help you need and budget.

    - If you’re looking for something simple, I offer a low-cost half coaching plan that still comes with a training and meal plan and limited check ins. Perfect for driven individuals who are students, and work part time that still gets access to me.

    - For a more 1 on 1 detailed support and premium coaching. I provide a customized plan that’s detailed for your specific body, metabolism, goals, and overall lifestyle. Regular and weekly check-ins and 24/7 access to me. You get the full package.

    - For those looking to take things to the next level—like CEOs, entrepreneurs, and coaches, I offer a Diamond package that integrate your fitness to your personal branding, business through coaching and content creation.

  • Your training split is fully customized and depending on your schedule. Priority is to make sure this is actually realistic.

    I aim for 4-5x a week, while some say they can train 6 days but is this really the best route and is it even sustainable? Sometimes less is more.

    Home workouts and a combination of going to the gym is also an option to manage a better routine. We’ll figure it out!

  • The group is only for active clients where they have exclusive access to my long format videos.

    There are mic’d up exercise tutorial videos, mindset and nutrition, FAQ's, ranging different topics. I’lll be tagging and sending you these videos relevant to your progress.

  • You only get access through an email or link that I send once you’ve joined. Everything will be hosted in app like your training and meal plan, progress stat, meal tracking etc.

    The app is used to track your progress like your weight stats and pictures to understand the fluctuation and pattern of your body that’s happening. The app makes the process easy and simple as it keeps everything in one place.

    Training videos in there are filmed by me so you have form reference, and a full calendar system to follow so you're always on track with your schedule.

    I make the plan and you just execute. Save your energy from making mistakes, scrambling and confused on what to do. All reps, sets, exercises are all there so you just have to execute. Let the results speak for itself.
