My Story
When my family immigrated from the Philippines, I faced many challenges most couldn’t relate to. With my dad absent and family tensions high, I turned to sports and training as an escape also almost like therapy. The gym became my sanctuary—my place to transform both physically and mentally.
I wasn’t supposed to be there alone, but the Filipino janitor, who could see the fire in me let me in. That’s where I found my true strength. It wasn’t just about lifting weights; it was about lifting myself up from the negative environment I grew up in.
My brother was always there for me and held me accountable. He was my first ever coach. We pushed each other, and through that discipline, I learned that success starts from within.
I’ve walked the path of self-doubt, bad habits, and distractions, from drinking, partying and smoke weed on a daily basis. But I made a choice to change. Now, I’m here to help you make that same shift.
Through structure, consistency, and a no-excuses mentality, you can create the life and results you want—just like I did. Let’s make that mindset switch start winning.

The program is fully customized to fit your goals and schedule. Our main priority is to build muscle mass, strength while leaning out.
You’ll follow a detailed progressive overload on a weekly basis and specific monthly phases. This is all based on your capability while pushing you outside your comfort zone. Any past or current injuries are accounted for.The amount of reps, sets, rest times, and specific exercises will all be labeled with videos filmed by me, so you can see how I perform and execute the movement.

You'll have access to me 24/7 through daily text, calls, FaceTime, or zoom calls. We schedule check in calls on the weekend or Monday to start the week.
Some clients are more low key, where some text me almost daily. I believe, the better our relationship is the more success you'll have in this coaching and will get better results.
So the more communication the better and I'm here to help you at the end of the day. There are no wrong questions to ask! Even now, just DM me if you have questions regarding your current progress and my coaching.
What matters is you send me training videos, log in your stats in the app and check your to do’s so I know we’re both on the same page. Call me at 2am I’ll answer, I got you! Maybe not, that’s a little late.. Let’s get started! -
You fill out a detailed questionnaire so I know your preferred meals, snacks, allergies, and foods included. I make your meal plan based on what you currently like to eat so you can adhere better.
My calculations are made from your overall BMI, age, current physique and activity levels to determine your metabolism which helps me understand your TDEE or maintenance calories.
I then make the decision of your overall calories and macros based on your weight and physique goals. A lot more other context are involved like your overall lifestyle! That’s why this takes time and patience. Gotta trust the process! -
It's a minimum commitment of 12 weeks to start but most of my clients do 6 months. This all depends on your availability and budget.
Understand this is not a 1 week shortcut. I want you to be able to excel in the future on your own, so we do this right! This takes time, mistakes, trial and error. I don’t want us wasting time going in circles.
This also gives us the opportunity to learn, to take the right steps so we can actually excel long term and be able to sustain this.
You start the following week on a Monday, but we can start as late as 2-3 weeks depending on your availability and situation. -
I have a variety of programs and packages which can align with many different budgets. My coaching programs are designed to help you truly elevate.
If you’re looking for something simple, I offer a low-cost monthly plan that still comes with an elite training and meal plan and limited check ins. This is perfect for driven individuals who are students, and work part time that still gets access to me and actually still gets result.
For more 1 on 1 support, I provide a customized plan that’s detailed for your specific body, metabolism, goals, and overall lifestyle with regular check-ins and 24/7 access to me. You get the full package.
And for those looking to take things to the elite level—like CEOs, entrepreneurs, coaches, I offer a Diamond package that integrate your fitness transformation to your personal branding, coaching, content creation and business. -
Your training split is fully customized and depends on your availability. My priority is to make sure this is actually realistic. Sometimes less is more.
I aim for 4-5x a week, while some say they can train 6 days but is this really the best route and is it even sustainable? Is this why you haven't been consistent because you overcommit on unreaslitic goals?
Don't worry, we'll keep it simple and cover all aspects to make it work. Home workouts are also an option. Some clients do 3 days in the gym, and 1 day at home to be efficient.

The group is only for active clients where they have exclusive access to my long format videos.
There are exercise tutorial videos, mindset and nutrition, FAQ's ranging different topics. I tag and send videos I’ve made to my clients that is relevant to their progress.
Community challenges and prizes with a consistent weekly schedule will be coming back this winter. Just trying to give out more value to help you succeed! -
You can only get access through an email/link that I send once you’ve joined. Essentially, everything will be hosted in there including your training and meal plan.
The app is used to track your progress like your weight stats and pictures to understand the fluctuation happening. The app makes the process easy and simple as it keeps everything in one place.
Training videos in there are filmed by me so you have form reference, and a full calendar system to follow so you're never lost wondering, "what do I do for today’s workout?" It's dummy proofed.
